Catalyst, Here I Come…

So, today I am in Atlanta with my wonderful husband taking a much needed vaction. You know, a nice romantic, quiet Christian conference with tens of thousands of other people. Sounds dreamy, right?

Well, maybe not, but we are enjoying our time so far here at the Catalyst Conference. I am in blogger heaven, getting to hug and schmooze with some of my favorite blogging friends. It’s all too much. I’m geeked out and overwhelmed.

All that to say, I’ll be back tomorrow with Friday Findings, but for now I’m off to go partake of the festivities here. P.S. Follow me on Instagram @modernreject to see my photos of all the craziness.

Just for fun, who are your 3 favorite bloggers these days? (And don’t say Modern Reject because I’ll blush and be embarrassed, unless of course it’s true, in which case, please do).

  1. I REALLY wanted to be there this year but STORY was only two weeks ago and I just didn’t have the money (or time off) to go. I know you’re meeting some awesome people. Enjoy every minute of it!

I haven’t been reading as many blogs as I did last year and so I haven’t found a whole lot of new ones. Hopefully that will change soon.

  2. Have a great time in Atlanta! Say, it may just be my computer, but the font you use is really difficult for me to read.

  3. Nicole, you are my fave. Seriously. I could wax on and on as to why this is, but why bother? The Internet is full of Christian fluff. You ain’t Christian fluff. When I read your stuff, it’s like I’m sitting with you drinking coffee (or Pepsi), simply talking about our Father while in His manifest presence. It’s like coming home.

Much love to you and yours, in the Name of Jesus. Now go on and enjoy your husband and this time at Catalyst. Just watch out for Christian fluffiness. It will be on full display at Catalyst, believe me. It will try to grab you and suffocate The Spirit in you. That’s unacceptable, and we won’t be having none of that. ;)

  4. I can only pick three?! Well, you’re definitely on the list. With Elizabeth Esther, Rachel Held Evans, Matt Appling, Jon Acuff, Tim Challies, etc….How’s that for diversity?

  5. “It is better to be marked by God than marketed by men.” Christine Caine

Oh my. If that’s not a blog topic, I don’t know what is.

  6. Ever since I joined the blogosphere 3 years ago I’ve wanted to go to Catalyst.

    My 3 favorite bloggers…
